After years working together on the body’s journey, full leg sleeve & chest, we were bound to continue marking on the po’o, ka maka (the face).
Our exchanges from Volcano to my Hilo studios, Taapai has become one of my favorite clients to work with. Tihoti marked his forehead ancestor pieces. The rest I free handed to complete his Mataoa, in Hilo, Hawai’i at Ola Loa Tattoo 2026.
